The Artist Grant & Growth Initiative is open to visual artists working in any medium and based anywhere in the world. We strongly encourage applications from individuals of diverse cultural backgrounds. Applicants should have a demonstrated artistic practice or a compelling emerging vision.
Please note that, in compliance with U.S. regulations, grants cannot be awarded to individuals or entities located in countries subject to U.S. sanctions (as defined by the U.S. Department of the Treasury/OFAC).
We accept applications on a rolling basis. You can apply at any time. The selection committee will review the application quarterly based on the selection criteria below.
Selection Criteria:
All applications will be reviewed by the selection committee within 4–6 weeks of submission. Applicants will be notified if they are shortlisted. Final grant decisions are based on funding availability and are typically made within 8–12 weeks after shortlisting.
Each grant supports projects over a period of up to 12 months, allowing artists the time and space to fully realize their vision.
